Olive And Warm Feta Cheese Antipasti
From La Bella Vita
6 oz sheep's milk feta cheese
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
¼ tsp cracked black pepper
¼ cup drained Bella Cucina Olives pitted plus 2 tbsp reserved oil
1 tbsp Lemon Oil
- Preheat oven 350 degrees.
- Sprinkle the olives around the cheese and pour the reserved oil over the cheese.
- Chill 1 hour.
- Bake 15-20 mins, until cheese is golden on top and bottom, bubbling around the edges.
- Transfer to serving platter and drizzle with lemon oil.
- Serve warm with crostini rounds or Bella' Dipping Crackers. Serves 6
