Olive And Warm Feta Cheese Antipasti
From La Bella Vita

6 oz sheep's milk feta cheese
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
¼ tsp cracked black pepper
¼ cup drained Bella Cucina Olives pitted plus 2 tbsp reserved oil
1 tbsp Lemon Oil

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  2. Sprinkle the olives around the cheese and pour the reserved oil over the cheese.
  3. Chill 1 hour.
  4. Bake 15-20 mins, until cheese is golden on top and bottom, bubbling around the edges.
  5. Transfer to serving platter and drizzle with lemon oil.
  6. Serve warm with crostini rounds or Bella' Dipping Crackers. Serves 6
