Sundried Tomato Pesto Dip
1 jar Bella Cucina Sundried Tomato Pesto 6 oz
1 cup plain lowfat yogurt or sour cream
8oz cream cheese softened
½ t. lemon zest
⅓ cup shallots chopped
1 T fresh lemon juice
⅓ cup chopped fresh parsley
1T fresh tarragon minced
- Blend cream cheese, yogurt, pesto, shallots, lemon juice, zest, and salt in a food processor until smooth.
- Fold in parsley and tarragon.
- Chill 1 hour.
- Serve with Bella Cucina Dipping Crackers Serves 6-8
