Ricotta-Parmesan Squares

1 (15oz) container ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Pillsbury BEST all Purpose or Unbleached Flour
¼ teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
1 oz. (¼ cup) shredded fresh Parmesan cheese

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. In medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, flour and marjoram; mix well. Spread in ungreased 8 or 9-inch square pan. Sprinkle with ¼ cup Parmesan cheese.
  2. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cool 10 minutes. Cut into squares or triangles. Store in refrigerator. Makes 36 Apetizers.
