Ricotta-Parmesan Squares
1 (15oz) container ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Pillsbury BEST all Purpose or Unbleached Flour
¼ teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
1 oz. (¼ cup) shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
- Heat oven to 425 degrees. In medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, flour and marjoram; mix well. Spread in ungreased 8 or 9-inch square pan. Sprinkle with ¼ cup Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cool 10 minutes. Cut into squares or triangles. Store in refrigerator. Makes 36 Apetizers.
